BILT App Higher Level Position interview questions

All steps in the interview process are recorded; this is mandatory. They do not tell you this in advance of the interview, but tell you once the interview starts and then request your permission for the recording. A working interview is required and you must provide a complete solution to a problem that this company must solve in order to remain a viable company. They do not say that in so many words, but the problem posed is one that once solved, will generate a lot of revenue for the company. This is all recorded, so who knows where it ends up and what they end up doing with it.
