The interview process was unique for me. I have 4 interviews, including HR screening interviews. I appreciate the interview because it showed me that they care about who they hire. I first applied for the job on the 7th of the month and got the verbal offer on the 9th of the next month. In the first interview was 2 weeks after I originally applied, the second interview was 2 days later with the hiring manager, I then had a peer panel interview that succeeding Monday. Then, lastly, I had an interview with the director the Tuesday after that. In the same week, a staff member from the human resources department called me, offered me the job, and asked about the start date and employee health check.
