BJC HealthCare EVS Manager - PM Shift interview questions

Interviewed with group of other Managers, but was discounted as not qualified immediately due to lack of experience with Barnes-Jewish, despite 20 plus years experience in the field. I did not feel appreciated for the work I had done thus far at Barnes-Jewish. The interview was only a courtesy and they had no intention of giving me a shot at the position.
