It was 2 steps, the first was a call where they asked about basic knowledge and salary expectations, explained a bit about the role, then a few days later they reach out by email to set up a physical interview with the zone manager, this one was a more in depth interview to evaluate the knowledge and capabilities to perform correctly the job (interview was done in 2 languages they test the English level), in overall I liked the experience, you can see they are experienced and with a will to form a good driven team to reach the established goals
