BME Strategies interview questions

Contacted by the Director of Public Health and had a first interview. About 1 -2 weeks later invited for a second interview with two team members who were engaging and clearly committed to the work. Within 48 hours invited for an interview with the founder and Director. Remained on Zoom for 5 minutes waiting and then decided to check my email. Director had emailed after the interview time stating he needed to reschedule. Rescheduled the interview and was a typical interview asking about strengths, motivation, etc. Was told to expect an update by the end of the following week. No response from the company. Followed up the following week asking for an update. Response came about a day and a half later saying they were still considering best fit and would have an update within the week. No update provided. Two weeks later received an update that it wasn't a good fit. In all of my career, I've never experienced such poorly managed communications during an interview process.
