BMG Research interview questions

The first interview was a 20-30 minute Teams call, which was a casual discussion about the company and my research experience. It was a pleasant experience that left me feeling positive about any future interviews. The second interview took place at the office. It included a presentation about the company, a second round of interviews, a group project, and a presentation I had prepared based on one of three pieces of research conducted by BMG. The second interview process felt somewhat unusual; each graduate was interviewed by different people and presented to different individuals. For a more uniform process, I would have expected the same people to conduct and assess each stage of the interview.

The first interview was online and it took 30 minutes. Some competency based questions and company values etc.I will be invited for 2nd interview and it covers group exercise, presentation and interview.
