BMGI interview questions

I applied through Husky Jobs and then got an interview. There was 2 interviews. One of them was with 2 former interns. They were super laid back and nice. The other interview was one guy who was even more nice. Their questions were all behavioral and fit. You basically had to go to their Information Session to get any info on these guys. I believe I didn't get the offer because I wasn't a good fit. These guys were super laid back and no really serious. I am a suit and tie man and this firm is jeans and shirt.
