I applied online. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Mississauga, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
After you get shortlisted, you will receive an automated email to record a video interview. There are around 12 questions, mostly situational and behavioral. You will be given 90 seconds to prepare and another 90 seconds to answer and record each questions. If you are not satisfied, you will be 3 chances to record.
Overall, I thought I did okay but I was not considered for the position. I wish there was a feedback so that I know which areas I can improve. In-person interview is always better.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2021
Interview
Lots of questions to answer in video format and simulations. No interview with a real person, it was a video recording only. Also no response was given, no acceptance or rejection email was sent, just crickets.
