The talent acquisition agent started by asking broad generic questions (Tell me about yourself, Describe your working experience) followed by transferable skills (Which strong skills do you bring to this job) and behavioural questions (What is your main concern when interacting with customers? What is your approach addressing customers' needs?).

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
