Took 3 weeks. Phone interview first, in person interview right after. They are big on seeing if you are a people-person. The rest will follow. I interviewed with 2 Branch Managers and 1 Market Manager. After in person interview, I got an offer for the position. The salary is not negotiable but definitely competitive among most top banks.

The interview process included 3 rounds. 1st round with the recruiter via phone focusing on situational questions, 2nd round with branch manager at the branch focusing more on the fit with the team and teamwork and 3rd round with market president via phone focusing more on sales experience. The overall process took about a month from application to offer

Interview
Process pretty quick and easy, applied online, call W/ recruiter few days later. I met with BM the next day, interview was exceptionally easy, they want to see if you can handle the role, pay scale lower than most entry level banker roles as they do not have licensed bankers at the branch level. Manager did not have too many questions, pretty personable and open; suggested that I was overqualified and should look for higher role within the firm.
