I initially applied online to several CSR positions with BMO through their website. I didn't have any internal or employee referral. I managed to get an in-person interview with the manager at a branch after contacting the branch by phone. The manager was pleasant and friendly. Upon completion of the interview, the manager said she would discuss her thoughts with the HR recruiter and they would make a decision together.

Question 1
There weren't really any difficult questions. Most were average: Tell me about yourself? How would you sell a credit card? Why do you want to work for BMO? What are your future goals or aspirations? Will this be your primary work?
I applied online. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Why are you interested in the role and a career with BMO?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
