Hiring manager reached out via e-mail, set up time for interview via Teams, 1 hour of going over various roles in commercial banking, making sure the fit for what I wanted to do was there and that there was room to grow in the bank. Fit appeared to be the most important part of the conversation.

Phone screen(s), in person x 3. Inefficient, employees seemed to lack enthusiasm. Interviewed with Senior Manager in Milwaukee, not impressed. Spent time in hiring Managers office, then went to the dated cafeteria for coffee. Total time on site was 3 hours. Glad to get to the parking lot.
