I just had a interview from BMO. I applied online since months a go but drop by the office works better, at least you can let them know that you are interested in the position. It's all about your personal experience and sales experience such as how did you achieve your sale target? be sure about your resume.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
