Easy and quick way to make a good introduction things went smooth and easy to crack asked all situation questions about customer service and how will you handle them if they say no or hard to handle and your strengths and weaknesses

Was pretty fast, direct hiring, no intermediary, started right away after interview. Working environment was quite unorganized but got promoted quite fast depending how much of a staff shortage they have.
Pretty straight forward. Very easy and not challenging. Just some behavioral and situational questions. For example how do you handle an angry customer and what would you do in stressful situations.
