The HR was really nice, sent the email to schedule the phone interview first, asked the relative work experiences detailed and some behaviour questions, but not many, the overall experiences were smooth and friendly.

The branch manger didn't really ask anything professional, the interview last about 15 mins . I think they just hire by their first impression. Easy interview, only interviewed once and got the offer two days later.

Second round Branch in person interview 1 hour.
Ask past sales and customer service experience and knowledge about banking products. Need mutual funds license.
