I was initially contacted by the recruiter for the position via LinkedIn. The recruiter and I had an initial screen call, at which he suggested I use the interview process to get my questions answered in more detail about the role. The interview was scheduled to be onsite at the Chicago office for approximately 2 hours. I interviewed 1on1 with the hiring manager and two senior team members. The meeting with the hiring manager and one of the team members was more of a traditional interview with questions and the final interview with the other team member was a case/business problem analysis exercise.
