I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Waukesha, WI) in May 2024
Interview
I had a phone call with the recruiter where he asked some questions about my experience, etc. He then forwarded my application to a branch manager in my area. Then I met with 3 branch managers over Microsoft Teams. All of which they asked similar questions, but more in depth the one over teams. Then a week later I received a call to meet with the branch manager at the location wanting to hire. It went well and seemed to be promising and then said they'd call within the week and let me know either way. I have called, emailed and also called the recruiter and have not received any word. Even if I didn't get the job, the decent thing to do would be to let me know. Since that's what you said you were going to do. So disappointed with the way things conspired. It's been about a month and a half ago
I had my first interview in May. It is now August and Ive called 4 times, emailed twice and called the recruiter once and nobody has returned my calls. How do you do that to someone actually interested?
