Interview
I had two rounds of interview with HR and one round with branch manager. The first HR interview was conducted over the phone. Second one was done in person. Interview with branch manager was also in person. Questions were mostly behavioural-based and a few were situational questions testing capability in handling customer and sales skills.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
