Started off by talking about my experience, and moved on to more technical questions. The interview was set up by a third-party recruiter, started with screening call, and then one more technical interview with the manager.

HR doesn't know the positions they are hiring for. Getting past them is mostly listening to what they want to hear. Once you passed the HR screening process they had knowledgeable hiring managers.
