Long and hard and intimidating but i stuck it out they are changing a lot of things in banks a lot of questions the it wasn’t much flexible hours they had two people asking questions
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BMO US (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2025

Submitted app, Feb 2025 recruiter reached out a week later, scheduled a in person interview 2 weeks later, followed up with HM and recruiter 3x times then silence for 45 days always with I will follow up with an update next week" and they never do. So, after a 2.5 month long drawn out interview process , I still stand here ghosted.
