3 separate interviews ( 2 on the phone) and one in person. They will first present you the job title with its benefits in the first place, then they will call you back to get to know you and send you a virtual test to perform at home. Finally they will schedule an individual interview at the branch and will ask you all types of questions about your past experience and your knowledge of banking products. You will automatically have to complete a background check that will take one week or so to finally get a response of their decision.
