Started interview at a different branch, was pleasant enough to find me 3 suitable locations that fit my criteria and fit, had patience with me and allowed myself to be whom I am.

If there is one thing that you would improve, what would that be?
I had a smooth process, kind interviewers but difficult questions that I had not prepared for unfortunately. This was my first job so I did not have any previous relevant experience

Interview
Well, the person that I was supposed to interview with was not there and was running late. Was ready to leave after waiting almost an hour. She seemed very unorganized like she wasn’t expecting me for an interview.
The interview process at BMO Harris Bank was extremely thorough and professional. The follow up before and after the interview was very courteous. I recommend sending 'thank yous' as it adds a personal touch.
