I was contacted over the phone in order to explain more personal/professional details, and invited to an open day event the week after the interview. The interviewer asked me some general questions about current employment status, location, and career goals, etc.

Brief telephone call followed by a recruitment day, then face to face interview. It's a really straight forward process and the team at BMS are amazing, just be confident and be yourself. For the recruitment day, The group tasks are simple, just speak up if you have a point to make. So long as you contribute to the conversation you'll be fine, no need to shout over one another.. it won't get you anywhere.
