Procedure started with a general interview in order for me to get to know the company better and vice versa. Then a technical test, followed by a technical interview took place. This was concluded with a job proposal.
Every step of the process was well communicated and enough feedback was given, an overall good experience.

General questions about OO programming and Java, like explain polymorphism, factory design pattern etc.

Ils m'ont envoyé un test technique de Java : 10 exercices de code à faire en 1 heure ! Je l'ai fait, j'ai eu 8/10.
Puis plus aucune nouvelle. Finalement ils m'ont rappelé et fait passer un entretien téléphonique improvisé de 20 minutes sur mes motivations, avec une partie en anglais.

- Pourquoi venir en Belgique ? Pourquoi notre entreprise ? Pourquoi le domaine bancaire ? Pourquoi une grande entreprise ? Expliquez en anglais comment vous avez travaillé en équipe sur un de vos projets et quels problèmes il y a eus.

2 month with 3 interviews but quite positive experience. Not very much algorithms questions but more of organisational questions.
Interviews by teams : 1 HR and 2 with IT.
Good communication of how the interview went for you in intern.
