J'ai été contacté par un opérationnel (futur maître d'apprentissage) voulant s'assurer que j'étais toujours en recherche, et ce afin de convenir d'un entretien d'embauche en fin de journée.
Ce premier entretien à permis une présentation de l'entreprise par mon interlocuteur, suivi par une présentation de ma part (ma formation, mes missions). Le reste de l'entretien était basé sur de la technique avec des questions fondamentales en analyse financière.

-Deux entreprises ont le même niveau d'endettement puis-je en choisir une en me basant uniquement sur le PE ?

- Combien de Starbucks dans le monde ?

Interview
El proceso de entrevista constó de varias fases. Primero una entrevista telefónica con RR. HH. centrada en motivación, experiencia previa y encaje cultural. Posteriormente tuve una entrevista técnica con el equipo, con preguntas de análisis financiero, valoración y casos prácticos. Finalmente, una entrevista más informal para evaluar soft skills y disponibilidad. El proceso fue ágil, bien estructurado y con buena comunicación en todo momento

HR was initially excited to talk to me. Then no feedback. Months later, I get the call. We talk with hiring manager. He sounds uninterested in his position. Motivation to join was low. This also meant no feedback again for months. Scheduling was slow with time spent still no feedback whatsoever
