The interview was for a global capital markets summer analyst position. We shadowed a candidate for an hour and then we had a first round interview. The interview was casual and the interviewer was very nice. He seemed very enthusasitc to work at BNP.
interviewed for levefin. Not hard. Pretty easy, just know why you are interested in credit and leverage and have some market knowledge. no LBOS or hard technicals mainly behaviorials. heavy on fit and culture

I had an online interview scheduled via Zoom. The interviewer was a current associate who very friendly and genuine. No questions out of the ordinary but did ask a good amount of follow-up questions on my experience.
