Interview
A few general questions like "why do you want to work here" etc, followed by some simple and short probability or brainteaser questions. The interviewer was friendly, and was a trader rather than someone from HR.
Online assessment centre had a maths test, written assignment and group exercise. If successful, you are contacted during lunch break for interviews that same afternoon. Offers given approx 2 weeks later.

Submitted cover letter and CV. Afterwards, the process consisted of 3 rounds in total. Got the invite to a cognitive assessment, followed by a group assessment, and the last round which was a business interview.
