It was a video interview through something similar to Hireview. It was mainly behavioral questions and timed. you had 30 sec to read and prepare an answer and about 3 minutes to answer it. I cant remember if it had a chance to re-record the same question in case you missed the first one

Hiring Event, all people that are eligible for the internships are given a little bit of information on the internship, then you are placed in a time slot to interview. Behavioral questions.

Interview
Fairly straight forward process. Applied for an internship, within two days I received a call requesting a phone interview. Later in that week, I did the interview, it was around 15 minutes. About three weeks after my first interview I was invited for a hiring event which was canceled due to changing business plans for BNSF which ultimately led to my position being canceled for hiring.
