4 questions, very friendly & personable people. I felt like it was a good match & One Engineer, one HR person & me. It was all online. I had a little trouble with the first link but I asked for another link & was sent a working link. I haven’t been sent an email saying if I get to move to the next step but I feel pretty good about the interview. I’ll take the job if it’s offered to me. I had to do an online application & was sent a link for test for the interview & then another link to choose a time slot for interview.

5 person panel zoom meeting. They set up date. You join at time and date. Pretty straight forward. Basic questions. All upper management but local staff Fairly serious. Not to many smiles or light discussion

A woman with no experience actually on the railroad read from a script and recorded my answers. I believe she was wearing a t-shirt. I'm still not sure if I was even interviewing with her or who looked at the recorded answers. It was one of the most awkward, unprofessional interviews I've had in my life.
