Recruiter screen, followed by 4-5 rounds of interviews. Total WASTE of time. This was for a senior director role. I told them during the recruiter screen that the office location was too far (HOURS away) and asked if they were flexible. The truth is that they are NOT, but lied saying they can see if they can accomodate the right person. HA. After a long grueling interview process, ghosted. I believe it was because of the location/flexibility issue as the hiring manager was immediately asking me when I could start. I have interviewed people in this department at my old job who said with all the changes in leadership, company just keeps getting worse. Felt compelled to leave this review to warn others who apply hoping their is flexibility.
