Went through 3 interviews with the manager, 2 members of the team, and another manager very quickly and smoothly. Waited for over a month for the hiring manager to get back to me with a decision and still haven't heard back. I keep checking in and I keep getting a "will follow up when I know more". Extremely unprofessional to go through the entire interview process and not get a straight answer in the end.
