the sales manager who interviewed and hired me was great. i loved his enthusiasm and managerial skills. he left to go to another bank and i doubt other managers currently there are skilled in the interview process. upper management was great and my interview was natural, honest, and easygoing.

in an interview for another department that i clearly had no interest in, i was interviewed by a very nasty woman. i didn't want the role and this offended her as MD of a dying market. clearly she didn't care for her role either as she transferred to sales and continued being nasty to employees and sometimes quite rude to clients/counterparties. the support roles ie admin/ops interviews are more technical but sales is great if you are matched up with a competent interviewer. i don't remember any specific questions during the interviews....sorry.
First step wast an introductory call with HR. Then there were in person meetings with three Wealth Directors and the Sales Associate Team lead, all for 30 minutes. More of a conversation style interview process.

Not bad as I thought it would go they asked general questions,why bny,what are your strengths and weaknesses and why should we hire you in our company , will there be Committment from your end etc
