Echt vriendelijke aanpak, interview zelf was heel professioneel en warm. Ik moest in een andere taal dan mijn moedertaal en Engels spreken en de interviewers waren geduldig met me. Over het algemeen had ik een telefonisch interview en nog twee face-to-face gesprekken (met senior managers en begeleiders)

In Poland Wroclaw most of the conversation is in English, start up position, not much theory. Most of the questions were standard finance questions. I had to talk about my study projects aswell
It was a Short phone call with screening questions. They asked about past job experiences and duties. They asked what job function are you looking for in a new position.

Interview
Very basic, with questions not well thought out. Given this was an experienced hire position, I expected more probing questions. One of the interviewers resorted to asking about strengths and weaknesses - which I haven’t heard since my graduate recruitment days.
