The interview started with a group discussion. the group discussion was an easy process which then pulsated onto the next phase and then a HR round for 5 people. Finally had a one on one with the manager of the process.

Unexpected was the question asked by my future manager about the difference between OTC & derivatives. I didn't have a fullproof knowledge about it at the time and told whatever i knew and also bluffed a little but i got through in the end.
