First of all they shortlist candidates based on their resume
Then there is a one on one HR interview Round which is also a screening round
Those selected in HR round have to undergo a one on one interview with the Manager

what is a capital market,what is investment banking,what are derivatives,what is arbitrage,what are hedge funds,difference between hedging and arbitrage,how is NAV calculated,what did you do after graduation,why you want to join bny.
Took 1 entire day over all good experience .
Asked about education finance knowledge.
There were 3-4 rounds . Company provides travel , daily food allowance and medical insurance .
