Interview
The process didn't take long. I interviewed with them and within days I got a call saying I got the job. It is easy to go through an agency than to apply directly through the company because they mainly hire contractors then hire them as full time. Once you have a good agency the process of getting hired is fairly simple.

The manager listed the duties then asked "So do you think you can do it?" my obvious answer was yes. Then she asked to tell her about myself.

It was an hour long, I had three managers in the interview. Each one took turns asking questions. Most question were about my background and how I would apply it to the position. Towards the end the managers told about the position and what they do a their teams. They close out by telling about what Bny Mellon offers employees.
