Virtual, interviewers were friendly and seemed to want me to do well, Relatively informal and enjoyable. Had two separate interviews with local and corporate supervisors, all four people I interviewed with were great.

Interview
Only had to come in for one interview that involved talking to the manager of the department along with one of the supervisors. The interview and hiring process was relatively quick. For this department you need to go through a temp agency to get an interview.

They asked personal questions about yourself to see how you handle interacting with individuals due to the job primarily having you talk on the phone.

Phone and 1 on 1. Very easy. I applied online and a recruiter contacted me. Phone interview and setup a 1 on 1 with the employer. Once you have the 1 on 1 just answer tell us about our company and bingo the job is yours.
