Received a call from HR. Had a pre-screen interview with her. Later in the week, had an interview set up with the hiring manager. The hiring manager said he was interviewing five people and was going to do a different interview process with each one. He would ask questions and write them down. I could tell the interview wasn't going well when he stopped writing down my responses.
