After applied for the position, I got the phone call from the HR that I am going to have interview with Branch Manager and the Regional Manager. Overall questions are about customer service and how do you handle the situation.

(this was for a franchise branch so process may be different for other branches)
Did an online assessment as well as video questions, and after I received an invitation for an in person interview.
It was very personalised and not like traditional interviews, it was more so just learning more about the company, the role, and yourself.

first, phone interview with human resources;
second, branch manger interview, it is one to one interview;
third, background check included former employer and police check in Australia
Final, accept offer
The whole period is not too long. Because my branch need the customer service officer
very emergent, so the the whole interview process only for two days to give me an offer.
