Interview
I applied through JobStreet for a Marketing Assistant position. After a day, I got a text message from the HR, inviting me for an initial interview and an exam. Office starts at 8:30 am but I was already there at 8 am along with the other applicants. Initial interview comes first before the exam. The first thing the interviewer asked me was did I have any failing grades in college because if you did, you won't be considered to take the exam. After the interview, I took the exam. I forgot how many sets were there but it was an elimination type of exam. It was lunch time when we finished the exam and lucky, I passed. The HR asked me to come back at 4:30 pm for the 2nd interview. It was already 5:30 pm when the HR interviewed me for the second time. The interview was all about the position I am applying for. I passed the interview and was asked to proceed to the office that I will be assigned to (the next day). The head of the department interviewed me. She asked a lot of questions. I was so intimidated because she wasn't smiling at all. The interview lasted for about an hour. The head asked me to wait for a text message about the status of my application. 1 minute after the interview, I was still in the office, going down the stairs, I received a text message saying that I got the position and that I should come to the head office for a job offer and other pre-employment requirements. Starting salary is VERY LOW and you cannot negotiate. But overall, that process was smooth and surprisingly, it only took 2 days from the date of my application.

Interview
Got a text from HR the next day after I applied. I was interviewed by the HR, the questions were pretty much about yourself and experiences. After I passed the interview, I had another panel interview the next day. The questions were pretty much the same which is mostly about yourself. They dig deep on who you are and about your experiences. They also ask questions regarding your experience related to the position you applied for. Some situational too.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at BPI Family Savings Bank in Oct 2015
Interview
It was brief and direct to the point. The interviewer asked questions like "What's your favorite book?, "What kind of music do you listen to?" and "What are your past time activities?" Also, the interviewer ran through my resume and asked questions regarding my education, skills and achievements. Overall, it was an average interview.
