Interview process was very pleasant. Recruiter made sure I was aware of how BPM likes to keep employees on track in their relative disciplines and positions. They have an interesting template to ensure you specialize in something and become more marketable and valuable as an employee.

I completed a rigorous three-panel interview with senior management from HNW field, where I demonstrated my skills, experience, and qualifications in a comprehensive evaluation process at the San Francisco office.

Did you have any previous experience in public accounting.
I applied on their website and shortly after a recruiter reached out to me via email to schedule a phone interview. Afterwards, I had online interviews with managers, partner, and director.
Three rounds of interviews, 1st round interview with one HR. The second round with four managers two at a time and the last with a partner. Basic introduction and behavioral questions
