BPO Systems interview questions

First in the interview they asked me about my self, my hobbies and all that stuff, after that according to my communicational skills and confidence they assigned me to a process for e.g. call process in Norton antivirus

they ask me to introduce myself and what are my hobbies and achievements then i tell about myself and my hobbies the school i studied from and my achievements and then again about my school and they got impressed with my communication skills
