Very simply interview, the entire process took about 30 minutes. They are looking for someone with experience and as with any restaurants they do not hire you as a server or a bartender imedatly, asking will only hurt your chances. You will start as a runner for at least two weeks.

Interview
Had a 1:1 interview with COO, and then had a second interview with opening chefs and COO. We discussed my experiences, and what I was looking for in a job. Then they explained their vision on the restaurant that was getting ready to open.
Applied through corporate. Had multiple interviews with Director of Operations. Was involved in multiple sides of the company. Did enjoy the company growth potential. Ninety day ongoing training period. Not much training
