The process is quick and straight forward. I applied and in 1 week i had a call to schedule a call with the sales director. In the first call he made the basic screening phone interview, with questions regarding my profile, my academic background and why i was interested. the call was about 15-30 minutes. The second call was to discuss the company and the position itself. After the call i made an exercise with a simulation about a client that wanted to invest in real estate in an emerging country. The exercise is to understand how you would make the profile questions, the sales process and the closure. The call is more and less 30-45 minutes with the sales director. After one week i went for a final interview with the sales director and the manager director. The questions were about my profile, the position at bric group and the process of sales in the group.
