A phone call and then followed by a technical and assessment test and a final interview. The overall process was pleasant, and everyone was kind and respectful. They genuinely wanted to get to know you as a person.

Interview
Had two brief phone conversations before the in person interview. In person interview consisted of a 1 hour exam. I was then interviewed by 2 of the electrical supervisors seperately and then the head engineer.
