BSH Home Appliances USA interview questions

The interview process at BSH Home Appliances started with a first-round interview that focused on my background, why I was interested in the role, and general fit. It was mostly behavioral, with some discussion of skills like Excel and how I think about planning and logistics. The second round was an onsite interview that went more in depth into operations and logistics, with scenario-style questions and a stronger focus on how I approach problem-solving and real work situations.

About a couple weeks after applying I received a phone call to set up a virtual interview with the recruiter. That call was about 2 hours long. The recruiter set up my next interview while on the call. The second interview was with a HRBP. This interview was not nearly as long. She was done with her questions after about 20 minutes. I was told to wait for an email where they chose not to send me to the round 3 in person interview.
