Interview
Phone interview, their was not other steps to the job application. BT normally formats the interviews with the SOARA technique. They run through your CV, then ask you to tell the story from education to previous education.

Question to do with the tech and venders they work with. For example how well do you know cisco or juniper. How do you see your career prospects. Give an example of a difficult situation that you resolved.
