1. First round happened in first week of February 2019, which was with a team lead who screened candidates and asked very basic questions.
2. Second Round happened in last week of February 2019, there was complete silence for almost two weeks and later got to know the HR was on leave.
The round was again very easy and questions were around perimeter protection, end point detection, malware and to know my way of handling team, how positive I am.
3. Third round was with a Director in first week of March over skype and was totally around my work ethics, thought process.
All first three rounds were super smooth and easy however here where it all started going down HR ROUND- Compensation Discussion
The HR Contacted in month of April for salary discussion and offered 30% less than what I had asked for since very first day, later on negotiated to a better offer however still 20% less that what asked for.
The whole HR coordination and later the compensation discussion was mess.
Finally had to turn down the final offer as felt the company is more like a robot factory and their compensation package did not do justice to the work load.
