Got interview call through a consulting.. 1st round was an online written test of 55 mins , which was divided in two sections Aptitude and Java Aptitude had 25 question to be completed within 25 mins (somewhat CAT level aptitude, critical reasoning, relationship questions, exponential series, ratio, permutation and combination) Java section had 30 questions to be completed in 30 mins (multi threading,inheritance,static,final,exception propagation related questions) both sections has negative marking and separate cut-off marks. I got the test result after 3 days that too, by calling consultancy guy again and again. result was negative. after written test there was a MR and HR round , if i could have cleared online test. Overall experience was not good, since before attending the interview i got the call from many consultancies several times and when completed the test, i had to contact the guy many times. and i think its not fair to put aptitude test for 4 + experienced role.
