Interview
2 stage interview, both competency based. First was with hiring manager (Snr Props Manager) and a colleague, second was with General Manager and hiring manager and involved an Excel/data interpretation test. Be prepared for a crazy left field question at the end to test your thought process and logic. Also online personality tests and verbal/non verbal reasoning tests. Very thorough,
